As soon as your item is crafted and dispatched, you will receive an official shipping confirmation email containing a direct link to trace your package.
How to Track Your Order
- Check your email: Locate the shipping confirmation message sent automatically once your package leaves our facility.
- Click the tracking link: Tap the tracking number or the "Track Shipment" button inside that email to open your live carrier tracking page.
Production & Shipping Timelines
Because every item is custom-designed and manufactured on demand, we require dedicated time to prepare your layouts and ensure printing precision before shipment:
- Custom Production: 2 to 5 business days for all custom prints, apparel, and specialty lighting orders.
- US, Canada, UK & Europe Transit: 3 to 7 business days following production.
- Australia & New Zealand Transit: 5 to 10 business days following production.
- International Transit: 7 to 14 business days depending on destination customs.
