🎨 AI-Generated Art (Printed & Digital)

Shipping:

  • Digital AI Art: Delivered via email within 2–4 business days.
  • Printed AI Art: Production time is 5–7 business days. Shipping time is based on destination and selected carrier.

Returns:

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable.
  • Printed AI art can be replaced if:
    • It arrives damaged
    • There are printing defects
    • The wrong item was sent

🧱 Terracotta Art & Decor

Shipping:

  • Handmade to order. Production time: 7–10 business days.
  • Shipped with protective packaging and tracking.

Returns:

  • Not eligible for returns due to fragile, handcrafted nature.
  • We offer free replacements for:
    • Items damaged in transit (report within 7 days)
    • Incorrect design or product received

🖼️ Wall Décor (Canvas Prints & Custom Art)

Shipping:

  • Standard canvas: Ships in 5–7 business days.
  • Custom designs: 7–10 business days for production.
  • Tracking information sent via email once shipped.

Returns:

  • Custom wall décor is non-returnable.
  • We offer replacements for:
    • Damaged or misprinted pieces
    • Incorrect item or size received

👕 Fashion (T-Shirts, Hoodies & Apparel)

Shipping:

  • Standard items: 3–5 business days
  • Customized apparel: 5–7 business days
  • Shipping time depends on location and carrier

Returns:

  • Standard Apparel: Eligible for return/exchange within 7 days (must be unworn and unused).
  • Custom Apparel: Not eligible for return.
  • Replacements offered for:

Returns:
