Refund policy
Because our products are entirely custom-made and personalized to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once you have approved the design and the item has entered production.
📦 Cancellations & Changing Your Mind

Before Approval: You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before you formally approve your custom design mockup via email.
- After Approval: Once you reply to our design team confirming you love the artwork, your order is instantly sent to our printing queue. At this stage, the sale is final, and no refunds or modifications can be made.
💡 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged during transit or contains a printing error that deviates from the mockup you approved, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra charge. Please contact us at info@incotta.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or printing error
Please do not ship items back to us without first contacting our support team.
