Because many of our products are made-to-order, custom, or uniquely created, we ask for your understanding when it comes to refunds and returns.

📦 Return & Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on the following:

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., names, photos, or custom text)
  • One-of-a-kind or made-to-order pieces
  • Digital downloads or AI-generated artwork
  • Sale or clearance items

However, we want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right!

✅ What We Will Accept

We offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • The item arrived broken or damaged in transit
  • You received the wrong item or design
  • There is a printing or production error on our end

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue
