Shipping:

  • Digital AI Art: Delivered via email within 2–4 business days.
  • Printed AI Art on Canvas or Paper: Production time is 5–7 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and is calculated at checkout.

Returns:

  • Digital Products: Not eligible for return or refund.
  • Printed Art: No returns for custom-printed pieces. Replacements offered for:
  1. Damaged prints
  2. Printing errors
  3. Incorrect product sent

🧱 Terracotta Art & Decor

Shipping:

  • Handmade terracotta items require 7–10 business days for production.
  • Shipped with fragile item protection and tracking.

Returns:

  • Not eligible for return due to the fragile, handcrafted nature of each item.
  • We offer free replacements for items:
  1. Broken or damaged in transit (must be reported within 7 days)
